Using the American Culinary Federation’s US-DOL Approved Guidelines and DIG’s technology, there is no need for our students to come to a classroom! All of the education is on line and focused on hospitality and the culinary arts.

Detroit Institute of Gastronomy has partnered with employers to provide our students with jobs in the industry under mentors as part of the educational process. Our students get paid while learning! See the current list of places of employment.

Students can earn up to seven globally recognized certifications while in school! Not only does this give our students a competitive edge in the workplace, it allows for a progressive path for continuing education.
