Apprenticeship is an old and time-honored method of developing skills.    #

Apprenticeship training in culinary arts has been modernized to incorporate the learn by doing hands on kitchen training with online content delivery which has created a high-quality method to acquire skills at the same time exploring the opportunities which exist within the culinary profession.

Apprentices are members of a production force as they train on the job and in the virtual classroom. Apprentices are paid wages and work a regular workweek.
